WHY TAKE PART IN MASA WORKS?
Whether you are wrangling a class of 30 rambunctious children, writing reports for Israeli governmental agencies, or dedicating your heart and soul to helping the most vulnerable populations in underserved communities, you will emerge with serious  professional experience sure to set you apart from your peers and impress employers.

But, it isn’t always clear how to translate your experience into a winning resume, or how to leverage your work into a satisfying job back home.

About Masa Works ▶

RESOURCES FOR YOUR CAREER
Job hunting is stressful for even the most qualified applicant, and most people look for support and guidance through this major life step.

Masa Israel Journey has partnered with the Jewish Family Services of Columbus (but you don’t have to be from Columbus!) to launch Masa Works and provide you with tools to make your Israel experience work for you. JFS Career Strategists will work closely with each participant to develop individualized employment plans based on an initial needs assessment.
